Step 1: Understand before proposing

We start with a working session focused on your operations, not our portfolio. Output: a one-page problem statement we both sign off on.

Step 2: Design in the open

Wireframes, data model and a walking-skeleton demo within the first two weeks. You see direction early, while changing it is still cheap.

Step 3: Build in short cycles

Two-week increments, each ending in something you can click. Progress is demonstrated, not reported.

Step 4: Support for the long run

Software is never finished. We stay on for monitoring, iteration and training — and we write documentation your next hire can actually read.
